You are self sufficient. You find your own clients, write your own contracts, and reach the closing table without a manager in the middle.

• No commission split+
  The brokerage takes no percentage of your gross commission. What you negotiate is what you keep, minus the flat transaction fee.
• New agents start at 20%+
  If you are new to the business, your first two transactions are billed at 20% of your gross commission. From the third transaction on, you are on the standard $650 flat fee.
• $18,000 annual cap+
  Once you have paid $18,000 in transaction fees in a calendar year, the fee drops to $95 per transaction for the rest of the year. It resets on January 1.
• Sales above $1,000,000+
  The fee on that transaction is 10% of your gross commission instead of the flat $650.
• An assigned team leader and mentor+
  Every agent is placed with a team leader who acts as a mentor. This applies on both plans.
• What is included+
  Proprietary CRM, mobile app for iOS and Android, professional business email, branded landing pages, live trainings twice a week, the full recorded video training library, 24/7 Tampa office access, the in house graphic designer, and the agent referral program.
• What is not included+
  Dedicated broker support, one on one coaching, a transaction coordinator, and paid listing photography. Those come with Diamond.

You can sell. What slows you down is everything around the sale, so staff handles it and you handle the client.

• The split+
  The brokerage earns 20% of your gross commission on each completed transaction. You keep 80%. There is no annual cap on the split.
• Dedicated broker support+
  A broker on your files who answers, rather than a help desk queue.
• Coaching and mentorship+
  One on one coaching and access to the mentorship program, on top of the team leader assigned to every agent.
• Transaction coordinator+
  Contract to close on every file. Deadlines tracked, documents chased, compliance cleared before it reaches the broker.
• Marketing and photography+
  Paid listing photography and an in house graphic designer building your collateral in brand.
• Also included+
  In person training at the Tampa office, email drip campaigns, lead generation software, and a personal branded agent website.
